Williston Schools
New Representative Information
Williston Families As Partners (WFAP) exists to provide a forum for parents, teachers, administrators, and community members to contribute to discussions and decisions about school programs in the Williston Schools. We are committed to promoting children’s health, well-being, and educational success through strong and active parent, family, and community involvement.

Williston Schools have two buildings:
- Allen Brook School (ABS) which has Preschool through Second Grade
- Williston Central School (WCS) which has Third through Eighth Grade
Both schools operate within a “House” system, (except for Preschool).
Each house has a range of ages and grade levels of students; first/second, third/fourth, and fifth through eighth.
There are thirteen houses between the two Williston Schools
Kindergarten: Explorers and Starlings, located at ABS
First and Second Grade Houses: Synergy, Harmony, and Horizon, located at ABS.
Third and Fourth Grade Houses: Equinox, Kaleidoscope, and Mosaic, located at WCS.
Fifth and Sixth Grade Houses: Clover and Sterling, located at WCS
Fifth through Eighth Grade House: Swift, located at WCS
Seventh and Eighth Grade Houses: Harbor and Summit, located at WCS

Each house has parental representation on the WFAP Advisory Council (FAPAC). The Council is comprised of WFAP Representatives from each House, a School Board member, teacher representatives from the Upper and Lower Houses and Related Arts, school Administration, and Student Services. The FAPAC meets monthly.
